That's right, folks, Fashionable Academics is issuing its first CFP (call for pictures) of 2010. A new term is beginning, and we want to know what you're wearing for your first day back on campus! Whether you are a teacher or a student or both, you should feel free to submit a picture of your outfit to fashionableacademics@gmail.com or, if you have your own blog, send us a link to the post in which you're wearing your first day finery.
When it comes to dressing for the first day of a term, do you dress up a little bit more? Do you wear something a bit more authoritative than usual? Do you feel that how you dress helps to set the tone for the rest of the term? Are you wearing something new that you got for the holidays or something that you scored in a post-holiday sale? Is evil cold weather a factor in how you are dressing or will dress on your first day back to school?
