I'm pretty sure I mentioned it in a post last week, but just to update: I'm away from the blog this week since the Hubsband and I are on our honeymoon (which I love to call our hubbymoon, because that's more fun and it's more true because it's quite centered around our Hubs and Wife time together).
We're up in northern Minnesota enjoying the lakes, sunshine, fresh air, cool thunderstorms, local ice cream shops and pizzerias, bison burgers & sweet potato fries, relaxed afternoons, muggy nights, jet ski adventures, lake swimming (avoiding the leeches eeps!), and beautiful sunsets over the water. It's bliss. It's the best time I've ever had, and more. It's a dream come true.
Not too much yoga going on (no Bikram studios around here, only a population of about 1000!), but I did squeeze in a home session of Kundalini today. It was lovely, and much needed to loosen up and relax. I realized how much more focus and concentration I have since I began my practice almost half a year ago. Wonderful!
Can't wait to be back to Chicago to open all our wedding gifts, start the move to the new apartment, and enjoy time with the Best Man who's coming for another visit. Lots of love!
