The first day of classes always offers such promise, but it often brings up the questions of what to wear and what tone to set on the first day with your students. To my mind, these questions are linked. So, dear readers, what did you wear/what are you wearing on the first day of classes of your fall term? Did the weather constrain or otherwise shape your choices? Did you get nostalgic feelings for childhood when you got a few new outfits to start out the school year?
