Donna Karan New York and DKNY are fashion labels created by the highly rated fashion designer Donna Karan. The DKNY label is for the younger generation and produces clothing, shoes, skincare and fragrances in addition to home products such as bedding and accessories.While the in-house perfumes made by Donna Karan New York were a financial disaster, Donna Karan perfumes have become more mainstream and commercial ever since licensing arrangements were made with Estee Lauder in 1997.
In 2008, Donna Karan re-launched a selection of discontinued DKNY fragrances including perfumes produced during the in-house era, these included Chaos, Donna Karan and Fuel for Men.
