I've been working like a mad woman these past few days, but I've been trying to take some breaks to sneak in some photos here and there. Since this is my last month in the city that has been my home for the past seven years, I'm trying to take photos in places other than what the Dissertating Yoguini calls my fashion driveway. Thus, M. and I went out the other day to snap these at a local cemetery.
That day we had a Bailey appointment and I had some errands to run, but much of the day was spent working on revisions. (I've been desperately trying to finish getting all the typos and all the places where auto-correct fucking mangled Spanish and Italian words out of my dissertation before we leave for Italy so that I can file it shortly after we return.) Because I felt like I needed to show auto-correct who's boss, I decided that morning to put on my Fluevog Cowgirls.
1 And when in doubt about what to pair with my cowgirl boots, I reach for a ginormous flower to put in my hair.
