Cargo Shorts Celebrity Style!

Cargo shorts are the ultimate in casual fashion and available in a variety of styles, colors and designs. From the classic khaki and camouflage shorts to linen, poplin or denim cargos and in as varied colors as black, olive green, brown, blue and white, cargo shorts are a much loved clothing choice both for men and women.

Selena Gomez, Mila Kunis and Angelina Jolie have all worn cargo shorts either casually or in their films or TV shows. Although, more often than not they are denim ones in a simple blue, the likes of Angelina Jolie (in black ones as Lara Croft in Tomb Raider) and Britney Spears (spotted wearing khaki cargo shorts casually) show how a different color can be worn to advantage.

Other popular celebrities who have looked good wearing the cargo shorts style include Lindsay Lohan, Hilary Duff and Beyonce Knowles (also known as Sasha Fierce). While the likes of Lindsay Lohan and Hilary Duff wore plain denim ones with a simple top, Beyonce Knowles wore a pair of black cargo shorts with a matching designer top.

Cargo Trousers As Worn By Celebs

Cargo trousers have been around for a while and were originally designed for outdoor wear. Much like khaki pants but roomier with more pockets, tough stitching and large belt loops, cargo pants have long since been adopted into the world of fashion.

Celebrities are often spotted wearing casual clothing and one of the style much in favor this year has been a combination of casual tops and cargo trousers topped off by a cardigan or scarf for an added touch of style.

The cargo trousers styled for women are made of 100% cotton or cotton blends and are usually much more comfortable to wear and use than the original cargo jeans. Women’s cargo trousers usually have a straight-leg jeans style, are often plainer than regular ones, and feature fewer spare patch pockets. This gives them a cleaner look that better accentuates women’s figures.
